On 25th of September 2013 was my first time to buy from Groupon. I made a payment to groupon for a IT course @ R999. I quoted the incorrect reference number when I made the payment but immediately contacted Groupon and mailed proof of payment to rectify the incorrect reference number. After several arrangements with GroupOn's customer services I had no luck receiving my voucher number for the IT course bought. On the 4th of October I requested for a refund on my money. Today is the 16th of October 2013 and I still did not get any feedback from Groupon or a refund on my money.
