Poor, poor, poo

I ordered a stove on 13/11/2013 for R8500 and then I had to wait, and wait, and wait. They could not provide me with a delivery date and I've waited more than a month and received it on the 20th of Dec... full of dents and 2 of the gass plates not working. I've reported it and now I keep getting the same answer every time and nothing is being done to solve it. I've lost 2 months interest on R8500 and for 2Months I didn't and still don't have a stove. I demand my money back, but they keep sidestepping the issue!
