Voucher cannot be used - receive no response

I bought a voucher for car wheel alignment and balancing. When I phoned the company to arrange an appointment for this to be done, they tell me that their machines do not cater for one of my two cars.
I can not use the voucher now and logged a request for a refund as the voucher has not been used and is still valid.

I have sent two mails, ref received:
(Ticket #68834)
(request #66852) but not response from any person from Groupon.

PLEASE DO NOT PHONE ME AS I DO NOT ANSWER DURING THE DAY. I supplied all the detail on your site and all information about the voucher as well.

I want my money back and not credit on my account.
