No refund!

I bought my mom a voucher for her birthday last year for a day spa experience. The voucher was valid for 1 year. 4 months before the expiry date she phoned the place to make a booking and was told they had closed down (because of Groupon? who knows). I have been fighting with Groupon for a refund since end of August. First I spent 3 weeks convincing them that the place was actually closed down, then spent 3 weeks trying to get a response. Finally got a response and was told I would have a refund in 7-10 working days (by the end of October). I got no refund, I spent 2 weeks trying to get a response and eventually got told that I needed to submit proof of payment (surely I wouldn't have received a voucher if I hadn't paid?? LOGIC?? NO?!?). Then I was told that I didn't get a refund because I didn't give them my banking details (well obviously its my fault). On 3 December was the second time I was told 7-10 working days (today is the deadline). I sent emails last week reminding them of the deadline, I sent emails on Monday AND yesterday reminding them (of course I got no reply to this!). I have been told twice now to wait 7-10 working days for my refund. Today was the second deadline
