Waiting for delivery from December 2012

I'm still waiting for a product that was purchased on the Christmas catalog meant to be a "Christmas" present for someone. It is now February 2013 and nothing has happened.

I sent numerous support requests to the amazing groupon support team only to keep hearing them say I must wait longer and the product will eventually deliver. The last person who informed me of this was Janine with the response below. Nobody bothers to follow up or check where the product actually is, they all keep telling me the same nonsense. But groupon will email me the next day asking me to rate their service.
