Product ordered and paid for, but no delivery

I had placed an order with Groupon for a particlar product (an alarm clock), and received confirmation that the order was successful. The product was ordered and paid for on 17 December 2012, however, to date I have not received delivery, nor have I been contacted by anyone from Groupon providing an explanation as to why I have not yet received delivery. Worse still, I have not been given any assurance that I will receive delivery in the near future. The lack of communication and support and the inreasingly lengthy period of non-delivery is extremely unsatisfactory and concerning especially in light of the fact that I have paid for the product and made queries with regard to its delivery.
