FAILURE TO DELIVER PRODUCT - RACING WHEEL

On the 23rd of October 2012 I order a Logitech Gaming G27 racing wheel for Playstation 3 or PC as a Christmas gift from Groupon and on the same day my order was confirmed. The product was to be delivered, at the very latest, within four weeks. The day before the expiry of said period (13 December 2012) I emailed and contacted the Customer Care line to ensure delivery was on track. I waited for an hour and a half on hold for the operater to pick up. I was then informed by Jade Solomon that they had made a mistake and the product was not sent. However, she informed me that it would be sent immediately and would arrive within one week. This was confirmed on email. I also received a 'cover all' response in respect of my initial email to Customer Care stating that all gifts ordered "on and before 5 December will be delivered by 20 December". It never arrived. I have attempted to contact Groupon on a number of occassions but to no avail. It is now the 16th of January, Christmas is long gone, and I am still without the Gaming Wheel which cost Two Thousand Four Hundred and Ninety Nine Rand (R2 499.00). I hope whoever reads this email thinks twice before purchasing from Groupon.
