On the 5th May I purchased a product via Groupon "Philips FlexiDock to fit-charge Android phone". On the 06 June I send Groupon an email to advise me delivery of a product I purchased on the 5th May as another product I purchased on the 13th May was already delivered on the 6th Jun. Why the delay? On the 07th Jun I
second an second mail but stil no reply. On the 08th Jun person Lindo Ngubelanga (Groupon SA) emailed me back with reply "Thank you for making contact. Please note that I have escalated your query to the product support team for Philips FlexiDock to fit-charge Android phone as the delivery is delayed by a week". On the 19th Jun person Chantal Norman (Groupon SA) emailed me back with reply "Thank you for making contact. Apologies for the delay, we are currently arranging for the delivery of the Philips FlexiDock to fit-charge Android phone with our supplier. On the 20 Jun I emailed Groupon again stating that it's been 7 weeks and stil no delivery of my "Philips FlexiDock to fit-charge Android phone" and that this was unacceptable.
