Incompetent staff & non delivery of paid item

I purchased a tablet cover on 2 Feb. On 12 Feb I called Groupon to enquire as to where my product was as Ive purchased many things in the past, where delivery occured 3-5 days after. I rec an email from Lunga Mateta advising that my voucher was redeemed on date of purchase, however saying that, instead of it being automatically redeemed on the 2nd Feb when I purchased it, it was only redeemed on 12th Feb AFTER I followed up as to where my product was. I was even given a waybill # for the courier company. On 26 Feb I followed up yet again as to where my product was, Lunga replied stating that delivery takes up to 4 weeks so I still need to wait till 12th March! On 13th March, 5.5 weeks later, I followed up AGAIN as to where my product was, only to be told by Liunga that there is no more stock & I need to wait a further 2 more weeks! Why do I constantly need to chase this up & why werent the clients informed?! I want a refund, this was unacceptable, to which I am told that I need to wait 2 weeks for delivery to take place, then Groupon will fetch the product back from me, then only can I get a refund! I dont have the product! Why must I wait for it to delivered & then taken away!???!
