I have been waiting since mid-November for replacement of my faulty Tom-Tom GPS navigation device. I have contacted Groupon numerous times, and they have have consistently emailed me a reply saying that within 2 weeks I will receive a replacement product.
However at no stage since mid-November has anyone responsible for delivery of a replacement product actually contacted me to confirm delivery date or address.

I believe I should not have bought this product from Groupon, as clearly they are unable to deal with product faults - had I bought this from a store, rather than online, I could have taken the product back for a replacement months ago.

This has been an incredibly disappointing experience - previously I would have recommended Groupon vouchers to friends, and have used them many times, but now I am concerned that Groupon as a whole are not capable of delivering satisfactory customer service and am no longer sure if I should take up any of their promotions at all.

It would be good to speak to someone in person from Groupon, and to have a DATE confirmed absolutely for delivery of my replacement product, rather than yet another meaningless email with empty promises.
