Dealclick
PAID FOR GOODS - NO DELIVERY

I baught an item from dealclick in the beginning of Dember 2012 - delivery will take 2 weeks. Everytime I go onlne to see what status my order is in, it states pending. I came back to work and called them on 8 January 2013 and asked them what is happening with the order. I had to resend my voucher to them (for the 3rd time) and was advised they will submit and will deliver either on 11 or 14 January. When i called yesterday again as no delivery was received, they advised me the product is out of stock. They dont know when it will be delivered. I think the service is absolutely pathetic. No one comes back to you when you send an email or advise you your voucher is received and there is no stock or what ever the problem is on their side. I will never use Dealclick again and i will tell everyone i know not to use them as they take your money and dont care to deliver a service to you. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!
