On 17 Nov. '13 I ordered a 4 Channel DIY CCTV kit, Including Delivery for

*Price: R 1899.00- 2 weeks delivery was promised - after 4 weeks still had not delivery. I sent a couple of e-mails enquiring about my order. Eventually when I got a reply I was asked to give then another 2 week and to be patient. Eventually I e-mailed again and asked when can I expect delivery. I was told they were not supplied with sufficient stock.
(If I remember correctly when I ordered (I think) 12 or 13 units had been ordered.) I asked them how any orders did they expect advertising on Groupon that advertises nation wide?
After sending another couple of e-mails still no product has been delivered. I Have been told to wait another 2 weeks - if they still don't have any stock they will refund me.
Looking at all the complains - I think they are making money out of all us fools!! Everybody pays via credit/debit card. They keep thousands of rands for a month or two and earns interest on all those funds. We incur bank charges when our accounts are debited and if or when they credit you - more bank charges!!
So disappointing that people can rip the public off is such a manner!
