Broken promise after yet another failed delivery

I really don't know how many advisors I spoke to from Groupon regarding the delivery of my Apple USB cable since I ordered it in October last year. I have reference numbers from dealing with different people but the buck stops with Chi-Chi since she is the last advisor I spoke to and she guaranteed the delivery of my product at the end of Jan/1st week of February. And this has been going on since OCTOBER! It's supposed to take a maximum of 4 weeks for delivery! All I want is the USB cable. Why confirm delivery if there is no more stock? I don't want the refund; give me the USB cable I ordered in October. If the delivery company is always to blame, why not change the company? I email them a reminder that I will look forward to receiving it a couple of weeks ago and surprise, no delivery. When am I going to get the item I ordered???
