Ridiculously bad service!!!

I bought a set of Noise Blocking Sleep Phones on the 26th of January. The voucher says to wait up to 4 weeks for delivery. It's now over 7 weeks and the response I get is "we're waiting on the supplier for stock". How can you advertise an item for sale and not have any stock of it and then promise that it'll be delivered within 4 weeks?!?!? I've got a friend who's been waiting for a product she ordered off Groupon in November and she still hasn't received it! I will NEVER buy goods off Groupon again. I don't want credit in my Groupon account. I demand that the product that I ordered and payed for be delivered by Thursday 28th of March to my door. NO MORE EXCUSES!!! I don't care if you have to go buy the product from a store somewhere! No wonder you people are going out of business!
