Groupon does NOT Deliver as promised!

On 15th January I placed an order for 2 x 30W LED floodlights and duly paid via credit card. The promised delivery period was 2 weeks. I was also told I'd be informed when my products were on their way.By 30th Jan (2 weeks later) I still had not received any news as to when I could expect my order. I tried calling there customer service centre - of course its one of those "press 1;2;3;4;5 for bla-bla-bla and eventually after 5 minutes of not getting through to the right person I gave up. Sent them an email instead. Got a reply the next day saying "the deal was only closed on 23rd January" - a week after the money had come off my credit card and so I could expect my goods within 2 weeks after that... Now come-on Groupon - how was I supposed to know that if it was never said anywhere??? Anyway its 2 weeks since then now and 3 weeks since I originally ordered them and guess what? Still no work from Groupon SA! Shocking service to say the least! I dont even want those lights anymore just my money back! Went to go buy them at the full price at Builders Warehouse because I needed them badly. Who knows when Groupon will deliver? Don't know, not holding my breath though...
