Ordered 2 products from Groupon SA beginning January 2013 - one was a voucher - which wasn't allocated to me for some reason - even thought I already paid. I had to request response and eventually got a response that my Groupon account will be credited. This is now almost 2 months later - still no credit. Requesting full refund now.
Second gripe - Ordered another product - Groupon promised delivery in max 4 weeks - we have now passed 7th week and still no product/ response (after SEVERAL mails) or refund. Again - requesting FULL refund - not Groupon credit.
