BAD SERVICE FROM DEALCLICK!!!

I ordered a desk and chair set for my son more than a month ago. I waited and waited and nothing was delivered even after the turn-around-times were past. I sent an enquiry via their website which went unanswered for about 2 weeks until I called Dealclick and spoke to Gugu who told me the parcel was shipped on her side but would follow up who it was delivered to and let me know. To cut the long story short, it has been three weeks of calling Dealclick daily with empty promised to follow up and call me back and to date I have no answer. I spoke to another gentleman more than a week ago who told me the parcel was at the warehouse of their courier and they had an incorrect postal code hence it was at the warehouse and they would deliver it to me that same afternoon. A week has gone by and nothing. On Thursday last week I spoke to Gugu who promised to have my money refunded. No refund has been made and on Friday when I called, I was told Gugu was not in and left a message. Today, Dealclick's number that is on the website does not even go through. It is as if it does not exist. This is the worst service have ever received fro any service provider!
