This is now the 2nd time that I've ordered products from Groupon. The 1st time I demanded a refund after they still had not delivered the product 8 weeks after I had ordered and it took them another 2 months to refund. This time around I have ordered a facial cream from Groupon. Their terms stated I would receive product within 4 weeks.

I paid for it on 31 December. It has been 7 weeks and still no sign of the product. The supplier told me it was collected in the first week of January. I have spoken to 6 different representatives including one of the customer services' managers, who promised to revert back to me.

The following was received from one of the agents:

I have now heard back from the stock team, who have advised that we've not yet taken collection of the product. This is due to happen shortly & thereafter we can send the product out to you.

Sent on 4 February 2013.

I have just been told by an agent that they do not have the product in stock & it would take another 2 weeks to get the product.

What an absolute - I wonder how much money they just keep and collect interest.
