NO DELIVERY, NO REFUND

I am totally disgusted with Groupon. I've ordered a monitoring camara in December and waited the "4-5 weeks" for delivery. Started enquiring after 5 weeks only to be told eventually after the upteenth phone call and email and false promises that they have no stock and will do a refund. That was confirmed by them on 18th February and they said it would take 5 to 7 days to reflect in my account. Needless to say nothing was received. Enquired today, to be told a and bull story about the eft system losing my refund and I would have to re-apply for a refund, which will now take another 5 to 7 days.

I personally think Groupon is in deep trouble and doesn't have the money to refund people or, judging by the 3554 complaints already on HelloPeter, the stock to fulfill the orders. In my view they are busy with a harmful business practice and should be reported as such. I will certainly make it my business to find out how to go about this.
