I purchased a samaung wifi tab on the 31/10 i then got an email to advise that the order was unsuccessful. i then purchased an android tab on the 03/11. i called the call centre they have a problem with their phone lines the line is terrible you cannot hear a thing so speaking to a consultant is useless. i spoke to a consultant 3 times asking for a manager to call me back still no one has done that. its now 2 weeks later no one talks about refunding me i have sent about 10 emails no one responds has groupon my money R2999 that is owed to me. The other tab i bought is R1299 i still have not received the item 2 weeks later. i tried looking for the merchants contact details but on my voucher is says the merchant is fxxt national.. who is that id doesn't exist. i called them today with 19 calls waiting took me 13 min to be in the front of the Que according to the voice and then the consultant drop's my call this is so frustrating. i want my tab and i want my money. they ignore me point blank. i cannot deal with their gangster tactics i want my money R2999 is not small change and i also want my tab. its now 16 days later and i hear nothing from them. so so disappointing.
