No delivery after 2 and a half months

On 15 Nov I purchased my first groupon.. I have still not recieved the item (time of writing 30 Jan).

I have sent countless unanswered emails to [Email Removed] but only received 2 copy-and-paste responses from "Carmen" and Ronelle Abrahams. I have tried phoning the helpline a couple of times, only to be informed that I am 40th in the queue. Trying to track my delivery on [URL Removed] and posting comments on Groupon's Zendesk also proved fruitless.

At this stage it seems impossible to get a response from Groupon. It seems unlikely that I will ever support Groupon again, or recommend it to anyone.
