So Groupon provides "amazing" feedback and "wonderful" service when I have an issue with the merchants product that Groupon sold to me, but as soon as I ask for a refund from Groupon (seeing as it was Groupon that took my payment) because the merchant is providing a terrible service (and not at all what I paid for) and not responding to my e-mails, they ignore me flat? Amazing how standards drop as soon as money has to go back to the customer? What ever happened to "the customer is always right"? Just absolutely disappointing to say the least. Never-the-less, I see Groupon has a "wonderful" reputation already on Hello Peter and I guess I should have done my homework before even spending a cent at Groupon - Its okay, I have learnt my lesson, unfortunately the hard way but it has been learnt.
