No Delivery - No call back

I purchased a product from Groupon on the 11.02.2013.According to the terms the product should have been delivered within 4 weeks, BUT they failed to deliver. I called for 3 consecutive weeks thereafter and still no response was given nor did I receive any call back which they had promised me on several occasions. I spoke to 4 consultants yesterday morning. The 2nd consultant was honest enough to tell me that the same deal with the same supplier fell through last year, and they had given it another try this year- which was when I purchased. I was told I could get a refund and said I will call back. The 3rd consultant said to me that they will credit my GROUPON account and I will therefore have to purchase again, using my credit. I then called back the 4th time requesting to speak to a manager but none was available, and she had promised to get management to call me back AGAIN.I received a email for a refund request but still no call bak.i am very disappointed by how they do business, as I feel they are forcing consumers into purchasing items, if they do not refund cash. Whatever business Groupon has with their supplies has absolutely nothing to do with my agreement with them.
