Groupon not refunding

I purchased a massage voucher on the 16.10.2013 a day later the business was unable to accommodate any day's that we could use the voucher, I asked Groupon for a refund (the deal had not even closed yet) a week later I complained about not hearing back and Groupon not refunding the money.

Now 2 weeks later, not even a phone call or a email saying they are dealing with the request (other than the automated response saying it will be dealt with within 2 days)

This is crazy, I do not think I want to risk buying tickets from Groupon. I now cannot use the voucher and not getting my money back. Its bad enough buying a voucher to a place that turns out is wasn't worth the purchase but not even getting the chance to find out. I feel a person should not purchase a voucher unless you are willing to gamble that money away.
Guess I lost this round.
