Thank you for responsing to 2 of the 3 queries I had in my previous complaint. My complaint about a refund for the Beauty We Go deal has not been processed. A consultant, Ganeefa, asked if I would like to be refunded in the form of Groupon credits on my account as opposed to a cash refund. I agreed to the suggestion of the Groupon credits to the value of R177.00 but haven't heard from Groupon or Ganeefa since.
Once again I would like to reiterate that the merchant on this deal can not be contacted to make a booking. The landline no. supplied on the voucher, by Groupon doesn't work. Clearly, I can't utilise the voucher in this instance. In addition, there have been very unsavoury comments made about this merchant, by other customers who also purchased the Groupon deal for the Beauty We Go deal. Knowing this, I do not want to go there even if the merchant is suddenly contactable.
I want a refund, whether it is a cash refund into my account or in the form of Groupon credits on my Groupon account.
