THREE WEEKS and STILL awaiting Groupon Refund!

I purchased two groupon vouchers three weeks ago valued at approximately R3000. I requested a refund for both as the groupon advertised was no longer available when i called the merchant. Groupon states that they will refund your voucher after a maximum of ten days. It is now THREE WEEKS later and after numerous phone calls and emails i have STILL not received my refund. The service is absolutely terrible. Refund my money or i will seek legal advice.
