I bought a product from Groupon 11.07.2012 It turned out to be faulty. It took Groupon 2 mnths to collect the product. I kept phoning and email their support desk and the frustrating thing is that every time you speak to a different person. People make promises and they do not get back to you again. Every consultant has a different sorry. Product not claimed correctly, held up in a back log with Christmas deliveries, out of stock situation, it's had been shipped & I will receive it shortly, it was returned due to a faulty address. I reconfirmed the address and nothing! I even had someone claiming that they had done a refund! Shocking! A friend wanted an Ice cream maker for Christmas and I decided to by one. Big mistake! on 13.12.2012 I bought another product. SAME FREAKING STORY!! Still nothing. I have emailed and called and very politely asked if i mnger can contact me so we can rectify this issue. No response!!! I finally managed to get a consultant to put me through to Nazley "a manger". She promised to refund me. Even sent email to confirm details. Not even a thnk U, this was 02.05.2013. I have now spoken to: Asheeqah, Lindo, Angelique, Tammy, Ronelle, 5 (no space) now small claims court!
