Bought a Groupon for the Whiskey Stones back in December, emailed them a few times when the product wasn't delivered timelessly. Only received 2 standard responses over this time.

I am wondering where my package is? I bought this Groupon exactly a month ago and am still waiting. It does say on the Groupon confirmation that they forwarded my delivery address to you, but in the case this did not happen, please see below and advise estimated delivery date.

I still have not received anything, I understand that December/Jan was a busy time but this has taken more than a month now.

I did not receive a reply to my last email, which was sent 7 days ago. We are now in February, this Groupon was bought in December.

Please give me an update on this issue, when will I receive what I paid for?

I bought this Groupon on December 19th, we are now exactly 3 months down the line, and I have not received anything. You guys are useless.

Please refund me my money.
