Pathetic customer service, waiting over a month

This is a continuation of the complaint I put on hellopeter last month after I tried to return a kayak I bought in November last year, which I have been trying to return to Groupon since late December. I have given my address for collection a few times, but they have basically ignored my emails/comments on their customer support system and insist on handing the request to a new person who then just marks it as solved even though nothing has been done (not even a response) and I am still stuck with a broken kayak.

Since my last comment on hellopeter, Shouneez Williams at Groupon said they'd have someone call me to arrange to pick up the kayak within 5-7 working days. It has now been just over 8 working days and I have heard nothing from them!
They also said they would refund me my money as soon as I contacted them saying it had been picked up. Since this was all supposed to happen within 7 working days and it is now over 8 working days, I demand they refund me my money immediately! It would also be great if they could call the delivery guys and have them collect the kayak asap, but most importantly I just want my money back now since you essentially said you'd pay it back by now!
