Groupon Service is Pathetic

Groupon has officially lost the plot and their service is terrible. I have ordered 2 items about 2 months ago and both were delivered incorrectly. The Items were both incorrect. I then called to ask if they could send me the correct items and that took another 2 weeks and no response, I then called in frustration and asked them to refund me and collect the items which took another week to just collect the items. 2 Weeks later I check my groupon credits and they had still not refunded me. They then send me back the 1 item again and it was still incorrect, do not ask me why this was even sent to me when i asked to be credited. I have called them yet again and they assured me the item will be correct and BOTH items will be refunded and still there has been NOTHING. How hard is for someone to do their job correct and how hard can this be. Groupon officially are pathetic that even if I wanted to purchase something again I would never waste my time or money on them and I will be sure to spread the word for their terrible service
