We made a purchase in MAY and we STILL have NOT received our product yet.
My fiance was told 3 weeks ago that he will receive the product with a free gift. Last week we got a parcel with earrings in. This is not what we purchased so i take it its the free gift to compensate for your horrible service! So this begs the question.. WHERE IS THE ACTUAL PRODUCT?!!!
My fiance is adamant to put this in the papers because he feels that there are so many people out there subscribed to wicount deals but who are unaware of the actual nature of how wicount works.
If you do not refund us we WILL contact the papers and write a report against you. This is called.
Please give us our money back. In todays economy there is better things i can do with my money than donate it to wicount!!!
