BAD SERVICE - Once a Happy customer - not anymore!

I recently purchased 2 Groupon specials. The first one was for the SET OF 6 Argon Oil applicators. I received 1 applicator. I sent Groupon an email and have only received automatic responses thus far. Tried calling for 2 days and cannot get through. I also purchased the Indian Head massage with manicure and pedicure special and I cannot get hold of the Beauty Salon to make an appointment. I would like assistance with this, however I just tried calling Groupon at 16:34pm to query both purchases and all I got was their answering machine stating their hours of operation (meaning they are closed). Although they supposed to close at 17:00.
