Wolfkop booking paid for but no voucher ever recei

We are already in July. I have not received any refund to date. Please settle this ASAP. This is becoming ridiculous.

We booked in April and to date no voucher for the Wolfkop camping has been received after several phone calls and emails send to customer service, therefor we requested our money to be refunded. Very dissapointed in this poor service. We were looking forward to the Wolfkop camping site.
