Money not refunded to my Credit Card

I have been making use of Groupon since the business started a year or so back.
On the 11th of July I received an email from groupon, promoting a HTC phone. I looked at the ad and then bought the groupon by mistake. I immediatly emailed them, informing them of my mistake. They replied with the following...

Following your request, a refund has been made to your credit card.
Please allow for 3-5 working days for the funds to reflect.

Well, it's now the 29th of August, and after numerous emails, I still don't have the money paid back or any product. I have logged a case of at my bank.
The worst thing is, I have wanted to make use of groupon during the past couple of days, but how can I? When they are in fact my money???
