RUDE OWNER AND NEGLECT IN CONFIRMING BOOKING

Dec 2013 I booked for 31 Jan - 2 Feb. I sent my groupon vouchers so Werner could allocate. Based on our communication for this weekend & enquiries for a future booking, I understood that we were booked. Fri morning I mail him to confirm that all was in order but no response was received. After arriving at the campsite (18 people) we learn that our sites were allocated to someone else. He calls and I explain why I thought we were booked. He threatens to have us evicted by police. Told us to get the "F" off his property. This after we had driven 2 hours to get there. The police visit us 4X & each time we explain & they agree we stay. The last visit the station commander says the owner must sort out the problem. I mail him Mon asking for details of superior and he replies QUOTE I am the owner - NO ONE ABOVE;-) and I am busy with a letter from my lawyer prohibiting you from ever entering any Wolfkop establishment again EVER.
You can be very glad I had another group on tour otherwise I would have driven back and chased you away myself- luckily we have the poor police service we have. Security gate is being put up as we speak to keep people away from Wolfkop like you ever again.
