Hi I recently purchased yet another Groupon Voucher which I am unfortunately not saftified with yet again with the Groupon Partner who has yet again not made the offer availbale to me even though the voucher only expires in June 2013 Beauty we go says they have no availability till after June 2013 to make a booking for my pedicure. I hence requested a refund from Groupon on 20 February and to date 26 February have received no feedback whatsoever. It seems requesting a refund or emailing the support desk for assistance isn't taken seriously and the only time you get a response is when you Hello Peter Groupon. Why do customers have to go to such lengths to get their money back especially when they not able to even use the service? Please c an someone get back to me asap with regards to my refund. I suggest that with Groupon Partners that offer a service you think twice before buying as this is the 4th time that this has happened to me especially with Spa/beauty services, very misleading and unreliable. Very bad customer experience.
