After numerous request and a ruined holiday - see mail req and response below - i am still awaiting both of these refunds - do not buy off Groupon SA

I still have had no refund for two of the items listed below
1) Krugersdorp: Three night stay with buffet breakfast daily and 1 dinner at The Cradle 01.05.2013 Expiry - as per my numerous mail The Cradle will not honour the deal so please refund into my credit card account as a matter of urgency. I have had to pay for other accommodation already.
2) Spanish Cooking course at Comida La Vida - expiry 20.04.2013 - once again as per the previous owner John Thompson 011-021-5420 has sold the business and cannot provide the service - apparently you have given me a credit into a groupon account but as this is no fault of mine I need this to be refunded into my credit card
