I redeemed a purchase from Groupon on 22/01/2013 - after 4 weeks i contacted them back stating that i havent received my package as yet. Groupon replied that delivery takes 3-4 weeks and that my package is on it's way.
I contacted them again 3 times after the first time and their reply stated "Please be advised we have escalated your account to the Products and Services Department to investigate delivery of your product. Kindly note delivery will commence shortly."
I contacted Groupon again, and their reply was "This request has been deemed solved" even though i havent received my package as yet.

Chantel Davids said that i will receive a message when my package is ready for delivery, but i havent received my message. And now again, Cheryl Nhlumayo said this case has been resolved

I paid for something that i havent received and they refuse to contact me back to sort their mess out.
