After 5 months still no delivery

This is the 3rd time I'm going on HelloPeter for this complaint. I bought a Groupon in Dec 2012 for a Lily Bloom handbag & have still not received delivery. After the 1st complaint Groupon said they will look into it & let me know. After a few weeks with no feedback I went on HP again & the next day I was told that I would receive my delivery within 5-7 working days. After the 8th working day with no delivery I emailed Shouneez, I was then told I would be receiving a refund. I made it clear that I wouldn't accept a refund as I did not believe there was any problem with stock so there should be no reason that I should not receive my delivery. After receiving the email re the refund I immediately replied asking for an explanation. I was told that there was problem with stock FOR A DIFFERENT GROUPON! I again emailed immediately to say that this was incorrect & again the following day but I have not received any feedback. This is absolutely disgusting service. Groupon takes your money, promises several times that you will receive your product & then after they earn interest off of your money for 5 months they give you a refund. How is this legal? I still want my handbag NOT a refund!
