No Customer service and No Refund!!

I bought a service on their site for a horse riding course on the 13th of May and it was supposed to be a birthday present. I paid via cash deposit from the branch the same day and I was told that my voucher will be available on Friday the latest (17th May).

On the 17th, I logged on to find that my order was rejected due a wrong reference number. When I contacted them if they can fix it I was told that they can't and I had to reuest for a refund. I received a mail from them and filled it up for my banking details!

On the 24th of May, I sent them an email and gfot an automated response saying that the status has been updated but nobody said a thing! I called them and the lady told me that it takes 7 days for them to refund. My money has been lying in their account for two weeks now and when I asked to speak to the manager I was told to hold on and I 've been holding on for more than 20minutes!!

What a bad service! I'll never ever buy from them again!!
