Terrible customer service!!!

I bought a Marvell Iron Man guitar from Groupon on the 14th of January 2013 and was told that it would take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Yesterday (14 February) i was expecting delivery of my purchase but it did not arrive. Today (15 February) i emailed groupon to find out what was going on and i got an automated response that stated that it takes up to 4 weeks for delivery and that i should check my orders! I checked my orders to make sure it was there and it wasnt!! I then phoned groupon customer service only to find out that they were OUT OF STOCK!!! In a whole month no one had bothered to even email me and let me know what was going on!! Now i need the present and was told that they can find out if they can get but most likely they cant and will have to refund me!! This is unacceptable!! This was supposed to be a gift for my brothers 30th birthday and now i have no present!!! I cant believe how groupon makes any money at all with this kind of customer service.
