Absolutely Appalling Service!!

Last year i purchased a Groupon for Latin American Dance Classes for my girlfriend and myself. I tried repeatedly to get hold of the person responsible for booking the classes but to no avail. I then contacted Groupon to find out if they had an alternate contact number (this was thursday) and the lady told me she will get back to me by the end of the day.By friday no one had phoned. I phoned in again to enquire what was going on. No one could help me so i requested a refund. i was told the refund would take about two weeks. three weeks later nothing had happened. i phoned in again and i was told that groupon was experiencing problems with their refunds. i accepted this and i was told that by the end of the day i would habe my money, if not then the latest would be the next day. i phoned in again and they had to re open the ticket and it would be another two weeks to get my money back! On 2013-05-06 a woman by the name of Chantal Norman e-mails me requesting my banking details over e-mail! i told the woman that i am not prepared to send her my banking details over e-mail as we do not live in the 1980's. i requested her managers details 2 times which she ignored. Terrible Service!!!
