Still no funds in my account & no answer to mail!

When I last logged a report on HelloPeter I got an immediate response from Groupon claiming that the credit they owed me has been paid. I followed up with my bank and they have confirmed that there is definitely no credit from Groupon on my credit card and I relayed this information to the? Customer Services Consultant? who sent me a mail asking her to follow up from her side - needless to say I have had no response. I have since sent a follow up mail to which, again, I have had no response. It seems to me that the only way you get an answer from Groupon is via the HelloPeter website - I am not sure this is the kind of company I actually want to do business with!
So, I ask Groupon yet again, where is the refund that I initially requested on 5th April? Why has it taken so long? Why do I have to log a complaint on HelloPeter to get any kind of response from you?
