(#106314) On the 7th November 2013 I purchased a Groupon voucher for massage at Groupon and I paid via eft, on the 25th November I called to check when am i going to get my voucher to my surprise I was told my money is lying in their suspense account as they were not sure of my reference and Tammy Moonsamy from call center who promised me that they will refund my R368 after 5 business days I must provide them with my banking details, same was done via e-mail.
On the 28th November 2013 I called again and I spoke to Lishane October who advise me that my refund will be processed immediately and e-mail will be send, to this day I have receive an e-mail.
On the 09 December 2013 I called and I spoke to Dhasegan who also may an empty promise saying I will be refunded same day. EFT refund (request #106314)
I received an e-mail Tammy advising me to still wait for another more working days. It's almost a month now
