4 Weeks and still no refund

I ordered a groupon for a game drive and lunch however when I tried to use the groupon I was told that the venue was no longer a Groupon Venue so naturally I expected a full refund, I phoned the call centre and I logged a request for a CASH refund, two weeks later I called again to find out the status of my request and was told that I received a Groupon Voucher for my money when I specifically asked for a cash deposit, I was told then that they will transfer the money into my account after that call I called in several times requesting my money and still have not received anything, this is disgusting service and Im really disappointed with the quality of the call centre.
