Still no refund, HORRIBLE customer service

I urge you all to NEVER use the unreliable services of Groupon again!

I purchased a groupon for a spa day for two on the 2nd december 2013 and upon receipt of my voucher, called the spa to make a booking. I was immediately told that the spa was fully booked throughout December and all weekends in January. The voucher was only valid until the 2nd of February 2014, and as a working woman, this was clearly not going to work put for me. As per groupon sa's cancelation policy, i had 7 days to cancel my voucher, which i swiftly did so. After two days i received a response from a Mala Kirthika R saying that my request was being processed. Three more days later i was asked for my banking details which i swiftly responded to.

After two weeks of nothing i called and was told my refund was being processed and i would receive my money after 3 working days. I have been emailing Mala and shes kept responding by sending me the exact same email despite my queries. It is now the 17th of December and two days ago i received a standardized email from Raj Kumar A saying theyd get back to me once they receive feedback on my case.

This is absolutely ridiculous!?! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
