Ripped off!

Wow, there are so many complaints about Sara Spa on - I should have checked this site before I purchased the Groupon.

I purchased a Groupon VIP package for 2 as a Christmas gift. The beginning of January I called to book an appointment and I was told that their next available date is at the end of May, I booked due to the fact that my groupon expires in June 2013. This is totally disgusting customer service and purely proves that Groupon did not investigate this company correctly as it does not sound as if they can handle high clientele, I mean usually a professional spa can book at least 5 couples at a time. And they have more booking available during the week, like hello we all have careers!!

Sounds to me Groupon do not check to see if the supplier are up to standard in providing an excellent service to groupon purchasers. They are more interested in receiving the money! In the long run Groupon and Sara Spa are losing out especially from all these bad experiences!

I have requested for a refund and will fight for it since it was R799 that I paid and after this experience I will never purchase from the Groupon website again!
