False advertising and bad customer service

Groupon advertised a spa voucher for Sara Spa. I purchased 2 vouchers, one for me and one for as a gift to a friend. In January and February when we tried to call to make a booking, we could not get hold of the spa on the number that Groupon provided. Finally when we got another number we called the Spa and we were told that the Spa had closed shop and they informed me that I would have to get my money back from Groupon as they were the ones who still had my money. I then tried to call Groupon but no one was answering the phones and then I sent them an email on 07 February 2013 informing them of this and asking when I could get my refund. But no one has bothered to respond to the email (1 month and 12 days later). Can I please get my refund!!!
Stop advertising things that are not there, cheating people their money.
