Shocking Service

A friend bought a voucher off my name on Groupon for Sara Spa - after weeks of not recieving the voucher we queried it and they said we used the wrong reference number but couldnt supply me with because its "unique". She eventually got her refund. When I called to book my spa day they informed me its been cancelled and I should get a refund from Groupon SA - I called them they have apologised but no notification that its been cancelled. So it takes a query from a customer before Groupon rectify themselves. I will never use Groupon again. Shocking shocking and lack of service - so monies are kept without the customer redeeming the voucher.
