I have been waiting over a month for my refund

I purchased a deal for accommodation in Cape Town. Only when I went to download the voucher to send to the supplier did I realise something was wrong. The deal was unsuccessful but over R2000 was deducted from my credit card. No one lets you know that the deal didn't work! I phoned on March 22 looking for my money and was told my refund would be processed and take 3-5 working days. On April 4 I e-mailed asking where my money was as it had not reflected in my account. I got a confusing reply with the gist being that it was being processed. It is now over a month and the credit has still not reflected. This is utterly ridiculous! Groupon does not follow up on deals or their promises. I want my money back tomorrow and will NEVER use Groupon again!
